Why is my app not reporting whether my deadbolt is locked or unlocked?

Gate operates by connecting to WiFi. If your app isn't reporting whether your deadbolt is locked or unlocked, it is indicative of a poor WiFi connection. The WiFi connection at your door might be weaker than elsewhere in your home, especially if there is any metal on your door.
