The battery life of your Gate Smart Lock is expected to last 30-60 days depending on the level of activity at your door. You will receive a push notification when your battery is low, which indicates you have roughly 24 hours of battery life remaining.

To charge your smart lock, simply remove the rechargeable battery and plug it into a power source using the provided orange USB cord. A dead battery will take approximately 4-5 hours to fully charge.
If your battery does die, you'll still be able to manually lock and unlock your device using the battery pod as a knob or with a traditional key. However, power is required to operate the keypad, camera, and audio functionalities. Additional battery pods are available for purchase so you never have to worry about disrupting the smart features of your deadbolt while recharging the battery.
Going away for a few days? We recommend charging your Gate Smart Lock before you leave so you don’t have to worry about the status of your battery while you're gone.

I charged my battery overnight 6 days ago but it died in a couple of days - the cleaning people cannot get in - it appears that the battery will no longer hold a charge - can it get replaced?
