Using the Gate app, you have the ability to create additional access code for other users. These can be admins with full app privileges or guests who are granted either recurring or one-time use codes. It’s up to you!
For each user type, you can choose to set a PIN code or leave it blank and a random code will be assigned.
Granting Permanent "Admin" access

Granting Permanent "Individual without mobile phone" access
Want to remove a user? Return to the Access tab in your Gate app, open the desired profile, and click Revoke Access. The profile and associated code will be removed from your app and smart lock.
To confirm whether your Gate Smart Lock has actually downloaded the PIN code, you will see either a green key icon or a gray dots icon on the corner of the users' profiles (see below for example). The green key icon means your Gate has downloaded the access code and the gray dots icon means that your Gate has not downloaded the access code. If your Gate has not downloaded the access code, it has to be woken up before it will download that information. This can happen once it is activated by motion or if someone unlocks it.
