WiFi Compatibility

The Gate Smart Lock requires a WiFi connection to operate. In order to have a good experience with Gate, make sure your network has the following capabilities:

• 802.11b/g/n
• 2.4GHz frequency
• WPA, WPA2, or WEP network type with TKIP or AES encryption (Gate cannot be paired to an Open network or hidden network)
• Minimum 1 MB upload speed and 1 MB download speeds
