If you're having trouble pairing your Gate to WiFi, the first step is to please move near your router to attempt the process.
NOTE: if this works, you might need to install a WiFi extender once your Gate unit is installed on your door.
Some other things to keep in mind:
- Your unit should be fully charged.
- If the phone button on the keypad is already blinking, that means you need to reset Gate. Please do so in the app under Settings > Reset Gate. Then try pairing again.
- Check your list of created Gate accounts by tapping on the name of the current Gate you are attempting to pair. It could be you already paired your Gate to WiFi under another name.
- If you're unable to pair on your current WiFi connection, try using another WiFi connection or mobile hotspot.
Note: You cannot repair Gate remotely. You will need to be near the router in question to connect your unit to WiFi.
